Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd. serves customers across Nigeria. Lagos remains the strongest operational base for pickup, quick coordination, and proximity-based delivery planning, but requests from other states are welcome and may still be handled through quote or direct order support.

Delivery feasibility, timing, routing, and cost may vary depending on order size, stock position, destination, access conditions, and available logistics support.

Delivery estimates and timing

Any delivery timeline displayed on the site, discussed in communication, or implied through a standard workflow is an estimate unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees and may shift because of stock confirmation, traffic, carrier timing, access restrictions, weather, public disruptions, or other operational constraints.

We may contact you after order placement to confirm route details, access instructions, fees, timing windows, or alternative fulfilment arrangements.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number, accurate delivery address, correct state or area information, and any special access instructions that may affect dispatch, route planning, or handover.

Where inaccurate information, unreachable contacts, restricted access, unsafe handover conditions, or delayed customer response causes a failed delivery attempt, additional delivery charges, rescheduling, or pickup conversion may apply.

Inspection and handover

Customers should inspect goods within a reasonable time after pickup or delivery and notify us promptly of visible issues, quantity discrepancies, or fulfilment concerns. Delay in notification may affect the way a complaint, adjustment, or return request is reviewed.

Risk in goods may pass at the point of successful pickup, dispatch handover, or customer/authorised-recipient receipt, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Delays, force majeure, and limitation

We shall not be responsible for delay or non-performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failure, transport disruption, civil disturbance, industrial action, regulatory action, force majeure, fraud screening, payment issues, or infrastructure-related constraints.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer protection right, but all lawful commercial protections, operational defences, and risk allocations available to Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd. remain fully reserved.
