You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the rights, safety, systems, staff, business reputation, or commercial operations of Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that an account, order, request, or site interaction involves fraud, abuse, false information, unauthorised use, harmful automation, or conduct that creates legal, operational, or security risk.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and account information and for keeping that information reasonably up to date. We may rely on the information you provide for order fulfilment, support, and transaction handling.

We may reject, suspend, or limit account activity where information appears false, misleading, incomplete, duplicated in a way that creates risk, or inconsistent with lawful service use.

Product listings, stock visibility, descriptions, delivery information, and pricing are presented in good faith but may change without notice where required by availability, supplier updates, pricing movement, technical correction, tax treatment, or operational necessity.

Submission of an order or quote request does not automatically guarantee acceptance, availability, allocation, delivery timing, or supply continuity. We may cancel, limit, split, or amend an order where stock, pricing, fraud screening, legal obligations, operational constraints, or verification concerns require it.

Quote responses may depend on brand, quantity, lead time, delivery location, supplier availability, and confirmation of commercial terms. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, quotes are subject to change before final confirmation or payment.

Where a requested item becomes unavailable, we may propose commercially reasonable alternatives. No substitution will be treated as accepted unless the customer agrees or the applicable transaction context reasonably permits it.

Payments may be subject to provider verification, anti-fraud checks, transaction review, and payment-gateway confirmation. We may delay fulfilment, reject payment-linked processing, or cancel an order where payment is not properly confirmed or where risk checks require additional review.

Cancellation, refund, and return rights are subject to applicable law, our Returns and Refund Policy, the Delivery Policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, or business interruption arising out of or connected with use of the website, delayed fulfilment, supplier issues, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability in relation to a specific order or transaction shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid to us for that order or transaction.

Except where express rights cannot lawfully be excluded, the website, content, listings, and service features are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, always current, or suitable for every customer purpose.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude consumer rights that apply mandatorily under Nigerian law, including rights that may arise under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable statutes.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any rights, powers, remedies, protections, limitations, and defences available to Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd. under statute, common law, equity, custom, regulation, or contractual practice are reserved and cumulative unless expressly waived in writing.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
